Wood-fired Spatchcock Chicken in the Gozney Dome

We were obsessed with firing out pizza after pizza in the Dome, because it's just SO good at it!

But lots of you have asked us to show you how to use it for other cooks, and the first was this chicken, including the full method for spatchcocking it.

I'm using our sustainable British charcoal and hardwood kindling for this cook.
