Why should I start a firewood subscription?

If you're a regular user of your log burner, pizza oven, fire pit, chiminea or barbecue, the last thing you want is to run out of fuel! Get your charcoal or firewood delivered when you need it, and get a discount off every single order!

Do I have to subscribe?

No, you still buy all of our products as a one time purchase!

Am I locked into a contract?

No, there's no obligation, you can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with a few clicks

Can I pause my firewood subscription during the summer?

Yes, just create an account to pause your subscription for as long as you like

How do I make changes to my firewood subscription?

Just log into your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. If you've never made any changes before, your account may not be set up so you'll need to create one here https://www.love-logs.com/account/register

Why is the discount not showing?

The subscription discount won't show while products are in your basket, but it will be taken off when you reach the checkout page

Can I apply a discount code to my subscription order?

Yes, most discount codes are also applicable to subscription orders in addition to the 5% subscription discount. Just log in to your account and select 'Manage Subscriptions' then 'view details' where you can input a discount code.

Can I keep starting new subscriptions for the same products and getting 10% off every time?

No. The subscription service is designed to be flexible so that you can pause and change your order dates if you don't need your planet friendly firewood during that period. There's no limit on the length of time you can keep your subscription paused, or the amount of changes you can make to the frequency or the date. However, if we see that you frequently cancel and re-start a new subscription for the same product to get the 10% discount, we reserve the right to cancel the order or send you an invoice for the extra 10%
