This video blog really goes back to the roots of BBQ for me... using cheap cuts of meat and cheap pieces of equipment to try and create wonderful smoky BBQ.


The air controls are welded shut, the cooking grate's NASTY and the lid's leaking smoke like there's no tomorrow.


So against the odds... can I successfully smoke some supermarket beef ribs?
