When we bought our first wood fired oven Paul was immediately hooked, and his passion for cooking with fire has spiralled (some would say a little out of control) over the last five years.

We supply a number of restaurants across the UK, including Michelin star fine dining, pizza joints and wood-fired catering pop ups cooking in fields and woodlands all over the UK.

We strive to do the difficult, carrying the UK's widest range of species - we're currently holding stock of British wild cherry, as well as apple & pear wood from retired orchards in Kent.


We do the hard work, so you don't have to - you don't want to be out the back of the kitchen splitting logs mid-service, so we produce two sizes of specialist beech wood cooking splits.


We're flexible - we can supply boxes if you're short of storage space, dumpy bags for volume users in a single location, or barrow bags for anyone who needs to transport their wood to events.
