The perfect sized logs to fire up your Ooni Pro oven and cook at 450ºC using a beautiful wood flame. Don't waste time splitting logs with an axe every time you want a pizza - our beech splits are cut perfectly to fit the fuel tray of your oven, and consistent enough in size that you know exactly how long you've got to make that next pizza.

Our Ooni Pro logs are 100% kiln-dried beech, below 20% moisture so they light easily and burn super efficiently. They're 20cm long and 3-5cm thick - just one on a bed of hot lumpwood charcoal will give you a rolling flame for at least 10 minutes, or use them on their own if you prefer.
