As the Delivita is essentially a scaled down version of a large wood-fired oven, using the right wood will help you light it easily and make the most of its capabilities. We've worked closely with Joe & Marco so you get perfectly cut wood for your Delivita.

As it's such a fuel efficient oven, our 20cm beech splits are ideal - kiln dried to around 15% moisture, they light almost instantly but give you plenty of burn time to prep your food for cooking. And our hardwood kindling made from beech & ash is perfect to bring your oven up to temperature - hardwood kindling creates long-lasting embers so is far superior to softwood kindling.
