Wild British cherry wood is hard to come by, and we can't always keep it in stock. Like all of our wood it's beautifully cut and Ready to Burn - kiln dried to far less than 20% moisture content, so it's ready to be used in offset smokers or for open fire cooking.
Our Cherry wood logs are around 25cm long and are perfect for offset smokers, firepit and Asado style cooking. Looking for cherry smoking chunks for a kettle BBQ or ceramic kamado? Find these in stock here.
