You've received this link because we believe you are one of our most friendly and most passionate customers, and we think that you might be up for spreading the Love Logs love.
We're looking to create some adverts and content for our website that features genuine customers like you.
We're asking for you to upload a 5 - 10 second video clip at the bottom of this page saying:
My name is [your name] and I love Love Logs because [your reasons!]
There are no hard and fast rules for the video other than that, so get creative with your set up and what you say!
You could say it while you're searing a steak, pulling a pizza out of the oven or cosying up by the fire and you can choose to show your face, or do a voiceover.
Obviously it would be great it if our product and/or packaging are in the video, but if you've got a creative idea that gets your point across without that, then we'd love to see it!
For every video we use in our content or advertising, you'll get a £50 voucher per platform to show our appreciation.
So for example if we use it in a Meta campaign next month, you'll get a £50 voucher then and if we also use it in a website blog next year, you'll get another £50 voucher at that point.
So whether our charcoal has changed your BBQ game, our firewood stops you from freezing or our pizza oven wood has helped your perfect your pies - let us know what it is that keeps you coming back, so that we can tell everyone else!
Important points to understand
We might not use every video, and the £50 voucher will only be given if we use your video in a public campaign
The videos (including quotes and stills) may be used in print media, or any online advertising including our own website or social media adverts
We might have to crop, edit or only use part of a video to make it fit with our campaign

Complete Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Love Logs Limited, registered company number 12663961 ("Love Logs", "we", "us" or "our").
By submitting content, including videos, through the online form on our website, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals who:
- Are aged 18 years or over.
- Are resident in the United Kingdom.
- Submit their own original content using the official submission form on this page of the Love Logs website.
Love Logs reserves the right to verify eligibility and may refuse or remove any submission that does not meet these requirements.
3. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the designated upload form on this webpage on the Love Logs website.
You may submit a video up to 15 seconds long. There is no limit to the number of submissions you may make. Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be selected for use or that you will receive a gift voucher.
4. Selection of Content
We will review all submissions and may choose content entirely at our discretion.
We are under no obligation to use any submitted content, provide feedback, or explain why content has or has not been selected.
Our decision on whether to use any submitted content is final.
5. £50 Gift Voucher
If we choose to use your submitted content, you will receive a £50 Love Logs gift voucher for each platform on which your content is first published or used.
For the purposes of these Terms, a "platform" means a distinct marketing channel, including (but not limited to):
- Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram) – one £50 gift voucher.
- Our website (including blogs and other website pages) – one £50 gift voucher.
- Printed marketing materials – one £50 gift voucher.
- Email marketing – one £50 gift voucher.
If the same content is used multiple times within the same platform, you will receive only one £50 gift voucher for that platform. For example, if your photo appears in multiple Facebook advertisements and Instagram posts, you will receive one £50 gift voucher for the Meta platforms.
If your content is subsequently used on a different platform, you will receive an additional £50 gift voucher for that platform.
Gift vouchers will be issued after your content has first been published or used on the relevant platform.
Content may be selected for use immediately or at any point in the future. For example, content may be used in a campaign within weeks of submission or in future marketing materials, blogs or advertising created months or years later.
Only contributors whose content is actually used will receive gift vouchers.
Acceptance of each £50 Love Logs gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the copyright assignment set out in Section 6.
6. Ownership of Content
You will retain ownership and copyright of your submitted videos unless and until Love Logs notifies you that we have selected your content for use.
If your content is selected for use and you accept the relevant £50 Love Logs gift voucher, you agree to assign to Love Logs, with full title guarantee, all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the selected content for the full period of copyright (including any extensions or renewals) throughout the world.
The assignment takes effect upon our notification that your content has been selected for use and your acceptance of the relevant £50 gift voucher. From that point onwards, Love Logs will own all rights in the selected content and may use, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, edit and otherwise exploit it without further permission or payment.
If your submission is not selected for use, you will retain full ownership and copyright of your content.
7. Use of Your Content
Where your content has been selected and the copyright has been assigned to Love Logs in accordance with Section 6, Love Logs may use your content in any media and for any purpose, including but not limited to:
- Our website.
- Blogs and articles.
- Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram).
- Other social media platforms.
- Digital advertising.
- Printed advertising.
- Catalogues and brochures.
- Email marketing.
- Press releases.
- Exhibition and event materials.
- Future marketing campaigns.
These rights are worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free.
8. Editing and Modification
You agree that Love Logs may edit, crop, resize, enhance, combine with other material, add graphics or text, or otherwise modify your submitted content without seeking further approval.
9. Your Promises to Us
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- The content is your own original work.
- You have the legal right to submit it.
- No third party owns any rights that would prevent Love Logs from using the content.
- Anyone identifiable in the photographs or videos has given their permission for the content to be used for commercial marketing purposes.
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, privacy right or other legal right.
- The content is not defamatory, offensive, obscene, unlawful or misleading.
You agree to indemnify Love Logs against any claims, losses or costs arising from a breach of these warranties.
10. Content We May Reject
We reserve the right to reject, remove or cease using any submission at any time and for any reason.
11. Attribution
Where appropriate, we may identify you by your first name or full name alongside your content.
If you choose to opt in via our submission form, we may also include a link to your website or social media profile.
We are under no obligation to provide attribution when using your content.
12. Privacy
Any personal information submitted in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Love Logs Privacy Policy.
By participating, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion, contacting you regarding your submission, issuing gift vouchers where applicable and publishing your content if selected.
13. Changes and Withdrawal
Love Logs reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time where it is reasonable to do so.
Any changes will not affect content already selected for use or gift vouchers that have already been earned.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to this, Love Logs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this promotion.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
