As it's such a fuel efficient oven, our 20cm beech splits are ideal - they're Ready to Burn, kiln dried to around 15% moisture, they light almost instantly but give you plenty of burn time to prep your food for cooking. And our oak hardwood kindling is perfect to bring your oven up to temperature - hardwood kindling creates long-lasting embers so is far superior to softwood kindling.
