Our sustainably sourced, premium British firewood is guaranteed to be lower than 20% moisture when it's delivered to your doorstep - so you can fire up your wood oven quickly and reliably, every time. We only ever produce ash and beech wood for pizza ovens, which are hands-down the best wood species for pizza ovens due to their burning properties.
Our Wood Fired Oven Bundle contains 100% British ash and beech wood logs, kiln dried to below 20% moisture for a long, clean burn, along with super-dry British hardwood kindling and natural firelighters that light easily with no chemical smell.
The size and shape of logs vary naturally, but all of our logs are approx. 25cm long with a face size of 11cm corner to corner. Sometimes we use a small percentage of thinner logs to ensure our boxes are packed absolutely full.
