We have two log types for Gozney Dome. Our hardwood "Shorties" are made from British ash, 15cm long and 6-10cm across, small enough to tuck them in the curve of the oven but big enough to burn for ages! Our 20cm beech wood splits also work a dream in the Dome, burning a little longer and creating longer lasting embers. Both sizes are Ready to Burn, kiln dried to around 15% moisture so they light super easily and burn with high, clean heat.

Shorties and splits are for adding to a hot bed of embers, not heating up the oven - you’ll also need hardwood kindling to heat up your oven. Buy one of our Gozney Dome Bundles if you want firelighters and hardwood kindling included.

Next working day delivery to most of the UK when you order before 1pm, free when you spend £40.

Delivery is done by DPD, so you'll get a text/email with a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. If that's not convenient, you can choose a different delivery date or nominate a neighbour or safe place.
