There's a lot of expensive kit out there in the BBQ world, and I had a thought: "If I used decent charcoal in a cheap BBQ or smoker, would I be able to get good results?"

So of I went to Tesco on the hunt for a cheap BBQ or smoker to test out the idea. To say I was surprised by some of the results would be a huge understatement - but you'll have to check out the video for the full results.
