All of the timber used in producing our charcoal is now sourced less than 20 miles from the production site and dispatched directly from the production site to your door, keeping road miles as low as possible. That's great for the environment, but travelling shorter distances also helps reduce breakage and powdering, especially when shipped in our super strong custom boxes.

Not only does our British restaurant-grade charcoal support local jobs and economies but is guaranteed to be 100% charcoal with zero fillers or additives - it's so clean-burning, you can cook right on the coals!

This charcoal is perfect for all grilling and rotisserie cooking as well as intermediate length smokes such as spatchcock chicken and reverse searing steaks.
